Media Guard

Startup+ workspace policy (included, on by default) that blocks screenshots, images, and file uploads to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other Shield hosts. Enforced in the browser extension — no OCR and no media bytes sent to NoeticGuard.

Owners toggle block_llm_media under Dashboard → Policies; members inherit via extension sync. Exposed on GET /v1/config as block_llm_media.
